Leading with influence isn’t based on hierarchy or title, but it’s incredibly important for all creatives for increasing impact.
In this workshop, we’ll explore influence from multiple perspectives, including what influence feels like at it’s best (or worst), how to create influence through shared currencies, and methodologies that help us influence others (e.g., cross-functional peers).
Whether you’re an individual contributor seeking to influence your senior leaders and peers, or a manager doing that across all levels, all creative leaders must elicit desire and conviction (vs. use power or coercion) towards shared goals.
