Leading Change

  • Remote (Hosted live in PDT) (map)

Change is inevitable for most organizations. From strategy shifts to reorgs, change is part of the way we work.

Additionally, many of us will be navigating big changes this year as we continue to explore the role of remote work, and consider transitions back into the office. Depending on your approach as a leader, it can be anxiety-inducing or catalyzing.

Together, we will look at change management through the lens of neuroscience and design.

We’ll explore how to work with the brain’s natural response to change, transition teams through significant organizational shifts, and build resilience for yourself and your team.

This is a two-part workshop, please note both dates for the series:

  • Part one: Feb 1, 2022 9a-1p PT

  • Part two: Feb 15, 2022 9a-1pm PT

Registration closed.

This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other leaders across our industry on the subject of change, and how to usher in a healthier culture during times of uncertainty. It digs into the psychology of change and how it affects us deeply on an emotional level. And after the workshop, you get to join a fruitful slack community for advise and connection down the road. Highly recommend!

Managing the process of change, small or large, ones I initiate and ones I don’t.
— Alissa Ampezzan, Senior Director of Customer Experience oat Tempus
The tools and approaches you’ll learn are grounded in common sense, which makes them incredibly approachable — but the power of the workshop is in the synthesis of bringing different frameworks together in a way that makes sense to our profession. It’s a wonderful way of shifting to a different perspective and getting unstuck from emotions or perceptions of ourselves that can hold us back.
— Amanda Reagan, Experience Design Director
