Change and the brain

Change has a profound effect on the human brain. This leadership workshop provides a neuroscientific perspective to help you understand what’s actually happening to your team members when they’re faced with significant change and tough demands. 

Designing transitions 

Your design skills are an essential asset as you figure out how to lead your team through adversity. In this session, you’ll learn how to show up authentically as a leader by crafting a transition plan that helps guide people through significant organizational and company shifts.

Building resilience 

Resilience is the ability to recover from setbacks — a skill that’s necessary for keeping individuals and teams effective during times of change. While you may have formed a baseline resilience at a young age, you can build it further in yourself and in your team members through shared purpose, a growth mindset, regular connection, and supportive practices.
